Steve Abel to the Minister for Resources: What advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding the Office of Radiation Safety Council's acknowledgment that the 2016 Radiation Safety Act requires amendments applicable to naturally occurring radioactive material in all reasonably foreseeable scenarios (not just mining and extraction activities) to be amenable to IAEA Basic Safety Standards for the regulation of naturally occurring radioactive material?
