Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Does the Minister agree with the Prime Minister's statement that "the average adult now is on the benefit for 13 years on average, the under 25 is there for 24 years", and if so, how many people under 25 are expected to spend an average of 24 years of their working life on a benefit?
