5739 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: How many times has the Ministry of Social Development, and agencies to which the Ministry sub-contracts, referred clients to subsidiaries of Destiny Church including Man Up, in the current financial year?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) does not restrict contracted organisations from referring clients to other organisations for support not offered by the contracted organisation. I am further advised that the Ministry does not hold information on any such referrals. In relation to Ministry contracts, I refer the member to my response to written parliamentary question 5552 (2025).
