5732 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: Has the Minister met with any Palestinian community members to discuss visa pathways for Palestinians, and if so, what were the dates and attendees of those meetings?

Hon Erica Stanford: As Minister of Immigration, I rely on officials at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) to undertake engagement with various communities on my behalf. I am advised that MBIE officials have met with representatives of the Palestinian community four times between 13 October 2023 and 9 April 2024.
