5730 (2025). Hon Julie Anne Genter to the Minister of Transport: What is the value of land held by NZTA, if any, for the purpose of delivering the Roads of National Significance programme, broken down by roading project, and the value of land associated with that project?

Hon Chris Bishop: Please refer to the attached table which details the value of land currently held by NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) for the purpose of delivering the Roads of National Significance programme. It is important to note that these properties are valued annually as at 30 June.
