Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister see any issues with opening submissions for Fast-track projects, assumedly per the Fast-track Approvals Bill's processes and criteria, prior to even select committee submissions on the Fast-track Approvals Bill closing?
