5724 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Does the Ministry of Social Development have any policy on the referral of clients to Destiny Church and any of its subsidiaries including Man Up, by the Ministry or any organisations to which it sub-contracts, and if so, what is it?

Hon Louise Upston: As I have previously advised the Member in my response to written parliamentary question 5551 (2025), the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) does not have any policies specifically related to Destiny Church or its subsidiaries. I am also advised by the Ministry that it does not restrict contracted organisations from referring clients to other organisations for support not offered by the contracted organisation.
