5713 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to reply 3956(2024), why did the Minister refuse a request for official information on 25 March under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that if you are not satisfied with a response to an Official Information Act request then you have the right to complain to the Office of the Ombudsman.
