5695 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Under the proposed amendments to the Summary Offences Act, when an individual is subject to a move-on notice from Police, will they be limited in their movements solely by a specified distance away from the area where the notice was administered, or will there be any other specifications under any circumstances regarding where they can or cannot go?
