5693 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Under the proposed amendments to the Summary Offences Act, will an individual be liable for a fine or arrest if they comply with a move-on notice, and are subsequently served additional move-on notices for occupying a different space which they were permitted to go under the conditions of the first move-on notice, even if they are not engaging in threatening or disorderly behaviour?
