Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Under the proposed amendments to the Summary Offences Act, what is the minimum, and maximum, number of move-on notices an individual can be served before they are subject to a fine, or arrest (without the individual engaging in disorderly or threatening behaviour or any other criminal activity)?
