5691 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister for Infrastructure: What, if any, engagement has Local Government had with the development of the National Infrastructure Plan?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Infrastructure Commission is engaging widely with local government during the development of the National Infrastructure Plan through stakeholder meetings, regional workshops, webinars, and submissions to the National Infrastructure Pipeline and Infrastructure Priorities Programme. The Commission also publicly released a discussion document in November 2024 which received feedback from numerous local government entities.
