Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Under the proposed amendments to the Summary Offences Act, what is the minimum, and maximum, number of move-on notices for the same area an individual could be served before the Police response escalates to an alternate mode of response (e.g. a fine or arrest)?
