5688 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Does the Electoral Commission monitor workplace culture or morale in any formal way; if so what is the trend, if any, in respect of workplace culture or morale?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Electoral Commission has used AskYourTeam since 2021 and conducted these surveys in September 2021, October 2022 and March 2024. The average overall organisation score has been 60% (2021), 66% (2022), and 64% (2024). The average organisation score for the culture questions has been 63% (2021), 66% (2022), and 64% (2024).
