5686 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: Which suppliers was Ms Hickman referring to and what services to they supply when she stated to Newsroom “We are confident, with the support of our suppliers, to run a by-election or election if required,”?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Electoral Commission uses multiple suppliers to support the delivery of technology for electoral events. The most significant supplier relevant to running electoral events are Catalyst IT who provide software development and management services.
