5684 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Courts: What advice, reports, briefings, aides-mémoire, or other correspondence, if any, has the Minister received regarding the impact of the proposed amendment to the Summary Offences Act upon the Court system?

Hon Nicole McKee: I have not received advice on the impact move-on orders will have on the Court system. Hon Paul Goldsmith, as the Minister of Justice, is leading on move-on orders.
