5679 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Justice: What advice, reports, briefings, aides-mémoire or other correspondence has the Minister received regarding the impact of the proposed amendments to the Summary Offences Act upon the projected prison population?

Hon Nicole McKee: I have not received advice on the impact move-on orders will have on the projected prison population. Hon Paul Goldsmith, as the Minister of Justice, is leading on move-on orders.
