Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister responsible for the GCSB: For each department, ministry or agency that does not have a formally appointed Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), if any, what alternative arrangements are in place to meet the requirements of section 3.2 of the New Zealand Information Security Manual?

Hon Judith Collins: I refer the Member to my response to WPQ 5655 (2026). All 40 mandated government agencies have reported that they have a CISO, as have all 7 voluntary reporting agencies.
