5648 (2024). Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: How, if at all, is a property specific farm plan different from a Freshwater Farm Plan?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: A freshwater farm plan would be one type of property-specific farm plan. Freshwater farm plans have been legislated under Part 9A of the Resource Management Act 1991 and the Resource Management (Freshwater Farm Plans) Regulations 2023.
