5638 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Police: Does the Police have any policy on the referral of clients to Destiny Church and any of its subsidiaries including Man Up, by it or any organisations to which it sub-contracts, and if so, what is it?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police does not have any policy on the referral of clients to Destiny Church and any of its subsidiaries. Referrals to Man Up and Legacy are currently on hold and the ongoing inclusion of these programmes as part of the AWHI referral pathway are under review.
