5632 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Police: What contracts, if any, does the Police currently have for service delivery with Destiny Church or any of its subsidiaries including Man Up, listed with name, time period and service description?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that Police does not hold any contracts with Destiny Church. There is a service agreement with both Man Up and Legacy, which are standard agreements signed by all providers that are onboarded to the AWHI system. The service agreement outlines health and safety protocols, personal information and privacy security, vetting of provider staff, and reporting requirements. These agreements confirm Police will facilitate the referral to the provider, and the services will be provided if the referred person chooses to accept. Police provide no financial compensation for these referrals. Referrals to Man Up and Legacy are currently on hold and the ongoing inclusion of these programmes as part of the AWHI referral pathway is under review.
