Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: Does the Minister agree with the Ministry for the Environment that "A more systemic approach is needed to ensure biodiversity goals and objectives, including those outlined in the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework and Te Mana o te Taiao - Aotearoa New Zealand Biodiversity Strategy, are achieved"; if so, how will the Minister achieve this?
