Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Stats NZ published the following media release Total greenhouse gas emissions fall 1.1 percent in the September 2025 quarter on 5 February 2026, which states that the emissions this quarter were the lowest recorded since the start of its time series in 2010. Further comment provided that the decline this quarter was driven mainly by electricity generation.
