5578 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What funding, if any, will the government make available to meet any costs incurred by Councils in implementing variable speed limits outside schools?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that councils will be able to seek partial funding from the National Land Transport Fund at a Funding Assistance Rate calculated separately for each organisation.
