5565 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What is the expected delivery of net Kāinga Ora social housing places broken down by region for the year to June 2027?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that from 2026/27 it will be focusing on renewing its current stock in line with the approved turnaround plan. The delivery of any new additional social housing places is subject to future Government decisions.
