Hon Penny Simmonds: I have received two pieces of written advice from the Ministry of Education during the period 2 April to 8 April 2024 inclusive. These titles have been withheld as they are either sensitive in nature or still under active consideration. It is not in the public interest to release them at this time. This answer does not cover members of my office who receive a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles.
