5555 (2024). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Does he stand by his statement “All of our ministers are, you know, often doing 18 to 20 hours days, seven days a week”, if so, on what specific advice or document is this statement based?
Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Ministers are frequently working seven days a week, sometimes up to 18-20 hours a day to get New Zealand back on track. I know, from talking to Ministers, that they are working long hours dealing with all the problems we have inherited from the previous Labour Government.
