5554 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Health: Does Te Whatu Ora or the Ministry of Health have any policy on contracting for service delivery with Destiny Church and any of its subsidiaries including Man Up, and if so, what is it?

Hon Simeon Brown: Our Government is focused on delivering timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders. I am advised that these agencies have Procurement and Contract Management policies that align with the Government’s Procurement Rules.
