5552 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What process, if any, was followed for the appointment of Murray Jagger to Chair of WorkSafe New Zealand Board?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I recruited publicly for the role, and the appointment was considered by APH and confirmed by Cabinet. The appointment followed normal MBIE processes.
