5542 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Justice: Does Ministry of Justice have any policy on contracting for service delivery with Destiny Church and any of its subsidiaries including Man Up, and if so, what is it?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: No, the Ministry does not have any policy on contracting for service delivery with Destiny Church and any of its subsidiaries including Man Up. All service providers who seek to deliver services funded by the Ministry of Justice participate in applicable procurement and contracting processes. The Ministry does not hold any contracts with Destiny Church or its subsidiaries including Man Up.
