Hon Paul Goldsmith: Pāmu advises that the loan was advanced in five payments: 16/08/2023: $1,600,000 19/02/2024: $200,000 14/03/2024, $300,000 15/03/2024, $2,100,000 20/03/2024, $2,000,000 Pāmu advises that the payments on 16/8/2023 and 19/2/2024 were originally contributed as equity but later reclassified as debt.
