Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Since 17 December 2024, what correspondence (emails, letters, memos) regarding environmental and cultural concerns related to Fast-Track projects, if any, has been received by the Minister, the Minister’s office, or the EPA?

Hon Chris Bishop: A significant volume of correspondence regarding the Fast-track Approvals Bill, the Fast-track Approvals Act and the wider RMA work programme has been received expressing a range of views.
