5511 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Health: How, if at all, was the role of Chair of Health New Zealand advertised?

Hon Simeon Brown: The Chair of Health New Zealand role was publicly advertised with the Deputy Chair and board member roles on the Ministry of Health careers website and the Government Jobs website from 24 March to 11 April 2025. The advertisement was also promoted through the Ministry’s social media channels and included in the Ministry’s external stakeholder newsletter.
