5475 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Trade and Investment: Was a selection panel set up to consider applicants for the role of Chair of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Board, and if so, who was on the selection panel?

Hon Todd McClay: Yes. It was a combination of MBIE and MFAT officials.
