Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: On what date will Cabinet consider the projects for insertion in the Fast-Track Approvals Bill per his 3rd April statement, "The government’s intention is to recommend the insertion of projects into Schedule 2A and Schedule 2B via an Amendment Paper once the Bill returns to the House"?

Hon Chris Bishop: Applications close on 3 May 2024. A date for Cabinet to consider the projects recommended for inclusion has not been set.
