Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: How does the Minister reconcile his answer that 'no projects are currently being considered within the Fast-Track Approvals Bill' per Written Question 4265 (2024) with his 3rd April Beehive PR that 'Project applications for Fast Track open today'?

Hon Chris Bishop: Applications for projects to be considered through the Fast-Track Advisory Group process for listing in the Fast-Track Approvals Bill opened on April 3rd. Applications will be assessed by the Fast-track Advisory Group, membership of which was announced on 10 April.
