5426 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 290 (2026), what is the purpose of Housing Outcome Fee payments and what outcomes, if any, are expected to be achieved through paying them?

Hon Tama Potaka: Outcome Fee payments demonstrate the importance of achieving a prescribed outcome. For the emergency housing social outcomes contracting trial achieving and maintaining stable housing is the primary outcome and is what Outcome Fee payments are tied to.
