Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 594 (2026), on what specific dates, if any, did he discuss the increase in the number of nights spent in mental health and addiction facilities by people reported as homeless between June 2024 and June 2025 with the Minister for Mental Health and what responses to this issue, if any, were discussed?

Hon Tama Potaka: I regularly discuss a range of matters with the Minster for Mental Health however, I have not had any specific hui with the Minister on this matter.
