Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the floor areas for the properties at 556–562 Aberdeen Road, Te Hapara, are as follows: • 4 × 2-bedroom homes at 89 m² • 3 × 2-bedroom homes at 75 m² • 2 × 2-bedroom homes at 79 m² • 1 × 3-bedroom home at 107 m² The floor areas for the properties at 99A Stanley Road, Gisborne, are: • 2 × 3-bedroom homes at 112 m² • 6 × 2-bedroom homes at 90 m² Both projects were purchased from developers.
