5393 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: When will the full review of healthcare provision in Oranga Tamariki residences be complete?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised visits to all the Oranga Tamariki operated secure residences and interviews with staff, children, young people and health and education providers took place from September to December 2025. I am further advised interviews with National Office roles were completed in January 2026.The draft report is currently being written and is expected to be finalised by mid-2026.
