Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: Did the Minister receive feedback from the Minister of Finance to "using existing standardised assessment tools, including making amendments where necessary, to meet the 2026 mandate (in advance of the new tool being available), or introducing the mandate later than the beginning of 2026."; if so, how was the feedback regarding SMART (Student Monitoring, Assessment and Reporting Tool) actioned?
