5307 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What operational changes resulting from the 9 December 2024 regulatory performance review did NZTA make prior to it discovering nearly 460 instances of commercial licensing fraud, if any, and on what dates were those changes made?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA has advised me overseas licence conversions were not in scope of the review.
