5236 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many homes, if any, did Kāinga Ora demolish on its now vacant property in School Road, Kingsland, Auckland and when were any such homes demolished?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 14 homes were demolished at the now vacant site at 1A School Road, Kingsland. Eleven homes were demolished in January 2024 and two in February 2024.
