Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, vacant Kāinga Ora sites in Auckland, other than in Large Scale Projects, previously had houses on them that were demolished and for each such site, where is it located, how many houses were demolished and when did the demolitions occur?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 522 houses were demolished across 307 sites. I refer the Member to the attachment provided by Kāinga Ora. Given the amount of information, this is provided as a summary by financial year, local board, number of land titles and number of units demolished.
