Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following document from the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery between 10-14 February 2025: Cyclone Recovery Unit Fortnightly Report (14 February 2025), 14 February 2025. Jointly with the Minister of Local Government I received one document from the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery on 12 February 2025: Progress Update on Hawke’s Bay Flood Risk Mitigation Projects. I also received one document from officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) on 13 February 2025. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in THE National Emergency Management Agency and DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
