5231 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 628 (2026), how much, if anything, did Kāinga Ora spend on infrastructure projects in its Mount Roskill Large Scale Project in 2024/25?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that this level of breakdown is not available. The combined land development and infrastructure cost for FY25 for the Mount Roskill LSP is $78 million.
