5230 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 628 (2026), how much, if anything, did Kāinga Ora spend on water infrastructure projects in its Mangere Large Scale Project in 2023/24?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that this level of breakdown is not available. The combined land development and infrastructure cost for FY24 for the Mangere LSP is $16 million.
