5228 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 628 (2026), how much, if anything, did Kāinga Ora spend on transport infrastructure projects in its Northcote Large Scale Project in 2021/22 and 2022/23?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that this level of breakdown is not available. The combined land development and infrastructure cost for FY22 and FY23 for the Northcote LSP is $56 million.
