5226 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What is the current level of compliance, if any, within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, with NZ Government Web Standards, which require public sector websites to be accessible?

Hon Scott Simpson: ACC websites (ACC.co.nz, Find Support, Live Stronger for Longer, Ride Forever, Shape Your ACC) comply with the NZ Government Web Accessibility Standards and have achieved Level AA compliance (on a scale from Level A to AAA). The ACC client portal MyACC, business customer portal MyA4B and provider portal ProviderHub are currently only partially compliant with these standards. ACC intends to make these websites fully compliant in the future.
