Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: What is the current level of compliance, if any, within the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, with NZ Government Web Standards, which require public sector websites to be accessible?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law and the Parliamentary Counsel Office are currently working to be compliant with the NZ Government Web Standards. Compliance is assessed via the Centralised Web Accessibility Checker (CWAC), an automated testing tool. Results are available to the public, with detailed results for each government website found at www.digital.govt.nz.
